Killing In The Name Of . . .
Posted by Jimmy :: Saturday, February 18th, 2006 :: 12:28 AM PST :: Comment On This Post

This just goes to prove my point that Muslims are the stupidest and most evil people on the planet. It's been several weeks now and the Muslim world is still rioting in the streets, burning western embassies and consulates and it has finally turned deadly today with 11 people being killed in Libya...all over some rather silly cartoons of their stupid prophet Mohammed.

I did some research and it turns out the Koran doesn't actually say it is blasphemy to draw Mohammed and various paintings of him have been hanging in art galleries around the world for decades. In fact, he has been drawn numerous times throughout the centuries and there are dozens if not hundreds of pictures of him dating back hundreds of years...many were drawn by Muslims.

[ Complete visual list of Mohammed drawings thru the centuries ]

Much to my shock and amazement, Mohammed is even depicted in a marble frieze holding a sword inside the Supreme Court. (Third from the right with the curved Arabian sword)

But look at all these people...look at this man. It's as if his whole world has fallen apart because of some cartoons that were drawn months ago and he didn't find out about until the past few weeks. Just another pathetic excuse for Muslims to riot in the streets and kill innocent people in the name of their bullshit god.

How many terrorists can you spot in this picture?

What makes it all the more galling is that Arab newspapers in the region regularly run anti-Semitic cartoons depicting Jews in the most negative way but that seems to be ok to them. They can hate Jews and draw offensive cartoons of them all day long but let someone draw their precious Mohammed and their blood boils. This is why I hate Islam and Muslims. These people are just a bunch of stone-age savages who need to be wiped out and I do mean wiped out!

Restroom Distractions

Public restrooms tend to be pretty boring but not this one. If you're shy, these girls could make it a little hard to go...and if these girls get you horny, it could be difficult to go for an entirely different reason. Ha-ha!

Late Valentine's Day Post
Posted by Jimmy :: Friday, February 17th, 2006 :: 10:33 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

In case you'd thought I'd forgot about Valentine's Day...I didn't...just haven't had time to post about it. I got her gift ahead of time (a romantic novelty trilogy she wanted) but I admit that with my hectic schedule I was one of those guys buying flowers around lunchtime. They were out of her favorite flower (Stargazers) but luckily they had some exotic orange/yellow roses seen here along with a really big Valentine's Day card.

After she got off work I took her to Tony's Fish Market, a restaurant which stretches out over the Pacific. We had some wine and some amazing seafood before going home and snuggling on the sofa. Now everyone say it...awwwww! :-)

Chasing Rainbows
Posted by Jimmy :: Friday, February 17th, 2006 :: 5:52 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

So I come out of Von's (grocery store) Friday afternoon and see the most amazing rainbow I've ever seen. The sun was setting near the horizon and there were little pockets of rain here and there and everyone in the parking lot was staring at this vivid rainbow that was completely formed (a full arch) and looked real enough to crash into. Of course, I was immediately pissed cause I still haven't mastered the number one rule of photography...always take your camera with you no matter where you're going!

I get in my car, race home, grab my camera bag and as I jump back in the car, I see my camera sitting in the back seat...it had been with me the whole time and I didn't know. I then proceeded to ramble off an endless stream of profanities which I must admit accomplished nothing!

By this time the rainbow was starting to fade so I stopped at a local park and grabbed this and several other shots. You can even see a faint second rainbow to the right of the main one. Ten minutes earlier the rainbow was about five times more distinct and had blue skies behind it. While I was racing home I even saw the money shot...the whole arch of the rainbow was perfectly formed over the local hospital...I bet they would have paid big money for that shot. Oh well, I guess I should be glad I got any shots of it. Enjoy!

British Soldiers Kick Ass....Literally!
Posted by Jimmy :: Sunday, February 12th, 2006 :: 11:45 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

Here's a GREAT clip of some British doing what needs to be done. The video shows a whole crowd of Iraqi's lobbing stones and bottles at British troops before they catch a few of them and commence to whipping their asses! Go Britain! I'm sure this will no doubt cause a lot of debate and condemnation from the New York Time and the clueless liberals both here and abroad but I commend these guys. We should treat these guys the same way they'd treat one of our soldiers when they get captured.

The commentary from the guy shooting the video is hillarious!

I'm So Into Whitesnake Right Now!!!!!
Posted by Jimmy :: Sunday, February 12th, 2006 :: 11:45 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

I've always been a Whitesnake fan and when I saw the TV spot for their first live DVD I was literally on a mission to get it this weekend. I of course went straight to Best Buy, got it and stayed up watching it Saturday night and it was AWESOME. It was live show they did in London earlier this year and they have never sounded better. David Coverdale sings his ass off and Doug Aldrich is my new guitar hero! A lot of times you see bands live and they can never pull off their stuff in concert but their live sound was practically CD quality. The DVD came with a bonus live CD which I ripped to iTunes to play on my computer and promptly put the CD in my car. I've had Whitesnake playing on my TV, my computer and my car all weekend.

Say what you want but none of the garbage that kids are listening to today can compare to this. I've said it many times before but real talent involves being able to sing and/or play an instrument...not prance on stage like some retarded monkey in oversized clothes saying "what" and "yeah" over and over again.

Translation: If you like Kanye West more than you like Whitesnake...you're a complete idiot with absolutely no intellectual ability to appreciate real music!

Yeah...I said it!

Down By The Seaside

It's been in the upper 80's for the past few days and we finally broke down and got a bike rack for Kim's car so we could go biking on the strand...and so we did! After spending an hour assembling the bike rack, we loaded up our bikes and headed to the Hermosa Beach Strand and spent a few hours biking up and down the beach and getting some sun. Now that we have a bike rack for the automobile we plan to spend many a Sunday biking on the beach!

(Not to rub it in but it's pretty sweet to be biking on the beach in February!)

Reality set in after the sun started to set and we had to do the most dreaded of chores...laundry!

Snowing In Virginia
Posted by Jimmy :: Sunday, February 12th, 2006 :: 11:39 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

Everyone has been calling or emailing us to let us know it's snowing in our hometown and throughout Virginia apparently. Christine sent us this picture of her house with a little dusting of snow and Abbey told us they got about 6 inches in Arlington. I used to love snow as a kid but it's hard to miss it when you're biking by the beach in February...see next post.

Best Time To Run Errands...After 10pm
Posted by Jimmy :: Sunday, February 12th, 2006 :: 11:28 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

For the past few weeks, I've been too busy to get away from my pc during the day and after  spending time with Kim after she gets home, I'm often left with errands that still need to be run.  A few times in the past two weeks, I've actually left the house after 10pm to deposit checks, drop off movies, and even pick up things from the store and it's awesome. No traffic on the street, plenty of parking everywhere and no long check out lines. I actually bought groceries last nite at 10:30 and had the whole store to myself, was the only person at the checkout, and of course I was parked right in front! Best of all, if Kim looks in the fridge before she reads this on Monday...she'll be pleasantly surprised. :-)

Sexual Harassment At Age Six
Posted by Jimmy :: Wednesday, February 8th, 2006 :: 8:50 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

School officials in Brocton, Massachusetts have suspended a six year old 1st grader for sexual harassment because he put two fingers inside the girl's waistband as she sat on the floor in front of him. This is political correctness gone mad! Unless this six year old is being exposed to porn on a regular basis, I highly doubt he even knows what sex is, much less sexual harassment.

This country is going insane!

Where's Waldo (Something To Think About)
Posted by Jimmy :: Monday, February 6th, 2006 :: 11:49 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

Isn't it amazing how we can precisely locate any cow with Mad-cow-disease among the millions and millions of cows in America or the rest of the world for that matter, but we haven't got a clue as to where millions of illegal immigrants, Al-Qaeda terrorists or Osama Bin Laden are located.

Maybe we should put the Department of Agriculture in charge of locating targets for the U.S. Military. They probably even know where to find Waldo.

Something For Tuti
Posted by Jimmy :: Monday, February 6th, 2006 :: 1:58 AM PST :: Comment On This Post

Much to my chagrin, it's been way too long since I've had the time to be out photographing and Tuti always calls me on it whenever I haven't posted any of my "art" on the website. I don't have anything new at the moment but here's two gems from last year that Tuti and everyone else can enjoy!

(Note: The first pic is a composite. I figured I better put that on here before some "genius" emails me and lets me know that there's no way the moon could be that big. I obviously took a picture of the moon and then the Redondo Beach Pier and superimposed the two. Duh!)

When Cartoons Attack (What all the fuss is about)
Posted by Jimmy :: Friday, February 3rd, 2006 :: 8:46 PM PST :: Comment On This Post

By now most everyone has probably heard that the Muslim world has it's Burkas in a bunch over some cartoons printed in a Danish paper but no one really knows what all the fuss is about. Allow me to explain. As if there aren't enough things about Islam that are just totally absurd it's also against Islamic law to draw or make any likeness of Muhammad or Allah and like pretty much anything else in their stupid culture, they're ready to kill anyone (Muslim or not) who violates this silly rule.

Case in point: A Danish newspaper ran a series of 12 drawings depicting Muhammad as a terrorist (GO Denmark!) last September and the Muslim world is just now finding out about it and of course, taking to the streets ready to kill and torture people. If it's ok for Kanye to dress up with Jesus then Muslims ought to be able to deal with a few political cartoons. And besides, who are they to tell the rest of the free world who we can and can't draw!

Stupid !@#$%&@#$ Muslims!

At the risk of getting myself killed, here's a few of my favorites:
